17 Dead in Building Collapse in China

In the early morning in the city of Wenzhou collapsed four residential buildings that were connected to each other, the Chinese news agency Xinhua reported.

Rescue teams have so far rescued six people from the ruble and recovered the bodies of 17 dead, according to Anatolia.

The investigation of what caused the buildings that were built in the 70s is ongoing. Local sources reported that the buildings were upgraded by one floor that was not in the primary project.
